Navigation & Information Architecture
One of the first priorities was reorganizing the site's navigation and information architecture to better support the platform's diverse audiences and large volume of educational content. The the original site buried their most-needed resources under generic labels and a flat menu structure. I rebuilt the sitemap around clear audience pathways and restructured the primary and mobile navigation. The result is a structure that scales with USREPS' growing library of resources without overwhelming the variety of visitors.

Visual System & Inclusive Design
With the structure resolved, the focus shifted to the interface itself. I explored two visual directions before landing on a clean aesthetic anchored in USREPS' bright turquoise palette. Diagonal forms pulled from the logo became angled graphic elements and custom iconography throughout, paired with accessible color, updated typography, and more inclusive imagery to modernize the experience.

Designed for Clarity & Access
The updated website transformed USREPS’ digital presence, making their vast resources easier to navigate and their mission more clearly communicated. Visitors now experience a modern, inclusive interface—from a streamlined registry search to flexible page components—that allows them to efficiently access tools and verification services across devices.
